The Russian government has approved a draft logistics agreement with India. A US Military airstrike in Solaliya targeted the top Islamic State leader in late May. But it means unclear if the leader was killed in the strike, according to U.S. officials. A Zambian court sentenced members of a Chinese cybercrime gang to jail terms up to 11 years, along with fines between $1,500-3,000 each, as part of a massive operation that saw 77 individuals arrested in April. A number of Zambian nationals recruited to run scam operations via WhatsApp, Telegram and chatrooms for the Chinese firm were among the initial group arrested, but they were released on bail on condition they helped authorities with their investigations. The online fraud scheme had targeted people across the globe, including Singapore, Peru, and the UAE.

On April 30, Stoltenberg sent an official proposal to NATO members to collect $108 billion over five years for military aid to Ukraine. American Airlines has a major problem on the way. The airline is close to facing a strike from its unionized flight attendants after the company failed to negotiate a new contract that includes higher pay.  After the news came out that flight attendants at the company make around $27,000 annually before taxes and incentives. The union warned that American Airlines flight attendants should gear up to strike even though it is illegal for airline workers to do so unless they receive permission from the federal government.
