- Transactions between Russia and Vietnam should be settled in the national currencies of our countries - settlements in the ruble and the dong currently equate to 60%


- Moscow and Hanoi have expressed interest in building a reliable security architecture in the Asia-Pacific region

- Negotiations with President Putin were successful


- Russia is one of Vietnam’s foreign policy priorities


- The two countries agreed they would not conclude agreements with third countries that would harm their independence and sovereignty


- Vietnam advocates for an inclusive and open trading system based on the WTO


- Hanoi and Moscow will increase the efficiency of projects in the energy and gas sectors


- Vietnam and Russia agree to work together to find solutions to international problems
