  Putin awards Modi Order of St. Andrew the Apostle. The ceremony was to honor Narendra Modi for his outstanding services in developing the strategic partnership between Russia and India. Today, the Indian Prime Minister held talks with the Russian President in Moscow, where they also also discussed the Ukrainian issue. Honoured to receive the The Order of Saint Andrew the Apostle. I thank the Russian Government for conferring the award.  This award is dedicated to my fellow 140 crore Indians.
